TASTING NOTE
Our Guest Juror Mindy Joyce is tasting the 2012 Chateau Haut Selve, Graves, from the 2013 Today's Bordeaux selection.
Slightly sweet and well-balanced with hints of mint, cherry, tobacco and spice. A creamy wine with a silky texture and a floral nose.
This wine pairs well with: Grilled Pork Loin, Lamb, Meats, Roasted Vegetables, Spaghetti Bolognese, Steak, Steak Tartare
