Sitting at the edge of your chair, begin with "Toes" heels together and toes apart. Place your hands on the sides of the chair, layered on top of each other or behind your head. Springs should be on one top and one bottom or play with setting. Press the pedal up and down 10x then move to parallel on your arches and heels 10x each.

FINE-TUNE THIS EXERCISE: Pull the pedal up!! Less emphasis on the down.
