INGREDIENTS
- Approx 250g pizza dough (perfect for using dinner leftovers!)
- Olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 cup nutella
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
IN THE KITCHEN
- Roll out the pizza dough - approx. 30 - 35 cm in diameter and place on the lightly floured baking plate.
- Drizzle the dough with a small bit of olive oil, or melted coconut oil
- Now bake on the preheated grill and baking stone for approx. 5 minutes
- Remove from the grill, and add a dollop of Nutella
- Allow a few seconds for the Nutella to melt, and then spread evenly all over the crust
- Sprinkle with the mini marshmallows
ON THE GRILL
- Place the baking stone in the center of the grill (indirect or circular cooking method depending on the grill)
- Leave the grill to heat up to 230-240 degrees c.
- Once the Nutella has melted and been sprinkled with the marshmallows, return the whole thing to the grill to bake for approx. another 5 mins (on the pizza stone) until the marshmallows are nicely puffed and golden.
TIPS
- This pizza cuts best immediately after being taken off the grill
- Try adding fresh berries or sliced banana to the top before serving
