AP High Court Advocate Kotamraju Venkatesh Sharma comments on the Telugu Desam Party in Andhra Pradesh faces a significant setback as the Criminal Investigation Department (AP-CID) has issued 41A Crpc notices to TD National General Secretary Nara Lokesh in the Inner Ring Road case. Lokesh is expected to respond by October 4. The Deputy Commissioner of CID confirmed, "We served notice. He responded, and he will attend on the 4th of October." It's important to note that Lokesh had applied for anticipatory bail after the CID included him as A14 in the Amaravati Inner Ring Road case. Interestingly, Lokesh had also sought anticipatory bail in the skill development and AP Fibernet cases, even though his name was not initially implicated in those cases.
