While this year marks the 34th anniversary of 1984 Sikh massacre, these families are still waiting for the perpetrators to be brought to book.In these 34 years, 12 commissions and committees have investigated the incident but it hasn’t gone beyond that. Many have since, died waiting, their families left to fend for themselves.
