Here are the top 3 questions I had before buying grow lights. I hope this is helpful, I am by no means an expert, this is just based off of experience and gathered information from many different sources over time 😊😊

To summarize, for an LED light bulb what is recommended for your plants is:

- around 1600 LUMENS, which is fancy for how BRIGHT or LUMINOUS the light is. This can vary if you can't handle how bright it is, just keep the plants closer to the light source

- about 5000 KELVIN, which is equivalent to the daylight spectrum and is fancy for the COLOR temperature of the light. If you can't handle that cool of a light (it can feel brighter) in your house it's okay to go with a warmer color light, just keep the plants closer to the light 🌱
