Welcome to a 15 minute gentle chair exercise workout created for those who want to work on range of motion and improve flexibility and strength. If you can, use weights at the point where we do some strength training exercises. The exercises are suitable for seniors or for anyone coming back from an injury and wanting to start back into exercise slowly.
