Today, Mark Wiens and I came to one of the oldest cities in Iran, Shiraz, to try all the local cuisine, and then we will go to see some of the most important places and tourist attractions of Shiraz, such as Persepolis and Nasir Al-Molk Mosque.
The next destination of Mr. Taster and Mark Wiens' trip to Iran was the beautiful city of Shiraz, which can be said to be one of the most beautiful cities in Iran with ancient history, amazing architecture and of course delicious Iranian food such as Ash-e Sabzi, Shirazi faloodeh, Shirazi Kalam polo (cabbage rice) and...
Shiraz is one of the most spectacular cities in Iran, which has very famous historical and archeological monuments such as Persepolis, Vakil Mosque, Karim Khan Citadel, Eram Garden, etc., which are unique in the world, as well as the tombs of the great Iranian poets Hafez and Saadi that are located in this city. First for breakfast, we went for Ash-e Sabzi in Shams Ash shop, which had a very long queue and sold more than a thousand kilos of soup daily. Ash-e Sabzi is made from lamb, beans and tarragon, and it is also extremely delicious. After breakfast, we went to visit the historic Nasir al-Molk Mosque, one of the most magnificent sights of Shiraz, which is also known as the Pink Mosque. The decorations, mosaics and intersection of lights in this mosque amaze every viewer.
