1. In the Character Selection Screen, highlight the following characters in this order and then Press START (don't hold it):

1. Whip + Start
2. Vanessa + Start
3. Seth + Start
4. Maxima + Start
5. K' + Start
6.and highlight the roulette icon [ ? ] and Press START.
7. Press UP, then DOWN and Kula should appear below the ? icon.
