Enjoy Bagel in Turkey! Try visiting a local kiosk or food cart to find Simit — a very famous street food in Istanbul
Wandering around Sultanahmet Square in Istanbul, which is only a 2-minute walk away from my hotel, I suddenly found myself craving snacks 😋
So, I headed to one of the food carts selling Simit (the Turkish version of bagel). With the delicious seasoning of sesame seeds, it is chewy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Simit and another similar type of bread, known as 'Achma', are breakfast staples in Turkey
You can enjoy having Simit in Istanbul at any time of the day.
