37 out of 50 states in the US have reported an increase in COVID-19 infections. Several governors have halted or are backpedaling on plans to end lockdowns. Texas has made it mandatory to wear a mask in public in counties with more than 20 infections. Meanwhile, Chicago is enforcing a two-week quarantine for all domestic arrivals from states with rising infections, including California, Florida, Texas and Arizona.
