On January 25th, 2019 a large ice jam formed on the East Branch Ausable River in Upper Jay, NY. This video footage, captured on February 4th, 2019, captures the extent of the jam. The Ausable River Association is providing assistance to town, county, and state agencies to address concerns about potential flooding and damage to infrastructure.
