The Orion 100s is a great solution for fusing these end caps on the Stainless Steel tube. We used 25ws with sloped agitation, however, higher or lower energies can be used depending upon desired spot size and penetration. A sharp clean tip is necessary for producing consistent, reliable welds every time.
