Even if you're trying to cut down on sugar, you might be eating it every day without realising. This video explains that as well as being in most processed foods (even the savoury ones), sugar is produced when we digest a whole variety of everyday foods like pasta, bread, rice, potatoes and breakfast cereals.
If you're metabolically healthy, this might not be a problem, but if you're trying to lose weight or control blood sugar for diabetes it might be sabotaging your efforts.
