Roasted Poha Chivda Recipe -
Ingredients -
5 cups Thin Poha (Flattened Rice)
4 tblsps Oil
3/4 cup Peanuts (Sing Dana)
1/2 cup Roasted Chana Dal (50 gram)
20 Cashew nuts divided in 2 parts (Kaju)
20 Almonds divided in 2 parts (Badam)
1/4 cup dry Coconut Slices
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
2 Green Chillies slit and cut into small portions
15 Curry Leaves
2 tblsps Magajtari Seeds (Magaz Seeds)
2 tblsps Raisins (Kismis)
1 tblsp Sesame Seeds (Til)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder)
1 1/2 tsps Salt (or as per taste)
1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tblsp Powdered Sugar (additional 1/2 tblsp optional if more sweet needed)
1/2 tsp Dried Mango Powder (Amchur Powder)
