Today we are making a MAKE AHEAD SPAGHETTI PIE! Y’all this is so good. You can make this up to 3 days ahead of time This is great to freeze and rewarm. We are one whole pie ourselves! Great Potluck dinner.
Make Ahead Spaghetti Pie
12 Oz. Spaghetti noodles
3 T butter, melted
3 Oz. Parmesan cheese, grated (about 3/4 cup)
3 eggs, whisked
2 1/4 Cups Cottage Cheese
3 Cups Spaghetti Sauce
6 0z. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
(About 1 1/2 cups)
Preheat oven 350. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain well and toss with butter. Stir in Parmesan and eggs. Lightly butter 2-9 inch pie plates. Evenly divide noodles in to each pie plate. Spread a layer of cottage cheese. Next spread with spaghetti sauce. Top with mozzarella. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes. Let sit for at least 5 min before serving.
