In this video Royal Talens introduces Ecoline ink in water. Ecoline is known for its brilliant colours, but can also show a piece of art. The transparent colours give the best results when used on white or very light-coloured paper; this can be drawing paper, cardboard or water colour paper. Besides it gives a great effect when you open a bottle of ink in a large amount of water. This is shown in the video.

There are many advantages of painting with Ecoline colours. The biggest advantage of Talens Ecoline is its drying time. Ecoline ink has a short drying time. It is not waterproof when dry, so you can work on it “further” by wetting what is dry once more. So, you can always change your painting with water. The second advantage is the great range of brilliant colours. You can work with many Ecoline water mixable art colours for your painting.
