Japanese actress Miho Nakayama, 54, was found dead at her home in Tokyo's Shibuya district on Friday morning. The Metropolitan Police Department investigated the cause of Nakayama's death. It said on Sunday there were no noticeable wounds on the body. Nakayama's management agency said on its website on Sunday that an autopsy confirmed there was no foul play. It added that her death was caused by an accident that occurred while she was taking a bath.
