How's it going, neighbors This is Ed here with etrailer.com, and we're taking a look at the Stromberg Carlson T-Chock Wheel Chocks for your tandem-axle trailers. So, the thing that I think is great about the T-Chock system is the louvers that help grip the tires better, and the fact you have a handle on the front. Another included option that you have here is a 3/4 inch socket ratchet wrench, so you're gonna be able to tighten down your chock to get that pressure against the sides of your tires. So, let's take a closer look at our chock and see what's special about it. The entire construction is corrosion-resistant steel, so it's gonna hold up against all the elements and abuse of living its life outside. So, it'll handle all the ice, snow, and rain in those climates and be fine in the heat as well.
As far as how it installs, it's actually pretty simple. You're gonna be able to use your included ratchet, and you can just fasten down or loosen up. Now, the one thing that is super cool about this as well is the fact that if you have a triple axle, you can actually add an additional set to cover all three axles to give you more stabilization. This is also gonna come in handy for positioning your trailer, 'cause you can actually get a little bit of a space here and then isolate your axles so you can get a better pivot point for storage. Let's fasten her down just so you can get a look at that, and just get it into place using the handle, and then you can fasten it down, and you can see those louvers just kind of bend and contour to the wheel, giving you a nice, stable, secure chock.
Your Stromberg Carlson Wrench is 3/4 inches. You can go from either way, and you have a switch here to tighten or loosen. Overall, the materials are super solid, they're gonna hold up against all your elements and it's really easy to use. I like the handle on the front so you can stabilize it while you're tightening or loosening, and you have the option to add others if you have more than two axles. So, again, this is Ed with etrailer.com, taking a look at the Stromberg Carlson T-Chock Tire Chocks for your dual-axle trailers.
Have a great day.
