A review of the Fenix LD02 single AAA LED flashlight.
I'd been looking for a small every day carry (EDC) flashlight and this one seems like a good solution. More information on the web page below:

Low 8 Lumens 15h
Medium 25 Lumens 4h 15min
High 100 Lumens 30min
I've been using this light multiple times every day for about 5 weeks now. I find it very useful and finally the original battery went flat:

It has not accidentally turned on so that is the best thing I like about it. Also it uses a conventional battery and can work off NiMH so I can use a battery recharged off solar power. It's small and light enough I can hold it in my mouth if I briefly need both hands while using it.
Also I find it clips onto a side belt loop and makes a nice light for walking at night. I'll often walk on the local bike paths after dark this time of year and having a bit of light to make me visible to oncoming trail users is nice. And since I have the light in my pocket, it is ready to go when the sun sets. I don't need to have remembered to grab a head lamp before I went out.
Only change I would like to see is that it turned on initially to low, since the medium brightness is almost too bright for most needs. I'm always turning it on (to medium) than tapping to low. That brief flash of medium can knock out your eyes dark adaptation.
I did find some other reviews that were handy as well:
