Police are holding 19 suspected fraudsters of Nigerian descent believed to be part of a syndicate who have been swindling Kenyans of their electronics. The suspects were rounded up following security swoops carried out by officers drawn from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations in Umoja, Kasarani and Roysambu Estates .
