This is Remi Decker, the Belgian bagpipe whizz-kid playing a reproduction set of Belgian pipes based on measurements of those played by the last authentic Belgian trad. piper in the early 1900s. A shepherd of course.
Video footage was taken on a cheapo camera, as was the sound. So it's deffinitely not as good as it was live.
Great sounding pipes though.
