IOI CITY MALL, PUTRAJAYA claiming the title of the largest mall in Malaysia, achieved a significant milestone with the unveiling of Phase 2 on August 25, 2022. The mall is set to host over 700 retail outlets in total. The amalgamation of Phase 1 and Phase 2 positions IOI City Mall as the largest regional mall in Malaysia, boasting a substantial net lettable area of 2.5 million sq ft.

With the introduction of Phase 2, IOI City Mall will house a grand total of 14 anchor tenants, along with an impressive array of more than 200 cafes and restaurants, catering to the discerning tastes of gastronomy enthusiasts.

The mall will also showcase the newly established IOI Grand Exhibition and Convention Centre, a sprawling 40,000 sq ft hall equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. This versatile venue can accommodate up to 2,000 guests for wedding banquets and approximately 3,000 delegates for conferences. Additionally, IOI City Mall will unveil a rooftop sports center featuring 15 badminton courts and two covered futsal arenas.

Strategically situated within IOI Resort City, the mall enjoys a potential population catchment of 3.1 million from nearby townships in the southern Klang Valley, including Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kajang, Bangi, Sepang, Puchong, and Seri Kembangan. This strategic positioning positions IOI City Mall as an appealing retail and entertainment hub, drawing visitors from a diverse and extensive surrounding area.
