Battlefield 1 is a modern military first-person shooter video game developed by EA DICE and published by Electronic Arts. It is the sixteenth installment in the Battlefield Series, and the first main entry in the series to be created in an alternate setting. It was released worldwide on October 21, 2016 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Microsoft Windows and is a single-player experience that can also be played cooperatively with up to four players online or through local play.
