We need to include plenty of vitamin A during this season to ensure that you do not get infections. Vitamin C is known as natural immunity booster as anti-oxidants found plenty in citrus fruits, green leafy vegetables and this can be included in abundance in our food. Taking vitamin C only during winters do not help, it should be taken throughout the year to have great immune system during winters. Vitamin E helps to ensure that the cell repair happens and our immunity system is enhanced. It is present in healthy oils, nuts and preferably in filtered oils. A good combination of salads and soups with good seeds and certain oils helps us prevent a lot of diseases, snacking on fruits during this season also help to fight infections.
