1. Resolution authorizing Supervisor Van Tassel to make the necessary budget transfers to close the books for the year 2024.

Contract between Putnam County Office for Senior Resources and Town of
Philipstown for the year 2025.
07:30 3. Resolution accepting the proposal and authorizing Supervisor Van Tassel to sign said proposal for legal services from Thomas, Drohan, Waxman, Petigrow & Mayle, LLP as Counsel to the Town of Philipstown, to serve at the pleasure of the Town Board;
compensation at the rate of $245.00 per hour for attorneys and $115.00 per hour for
paralegal services for 2025.
