Federal High Court,Abuja has adjourned to May 25 for ruling, the suit filed by Farrah Dagogo seeking court orders restraining the Peoples Democratic Party and Independent National Electoral Commissioner INEC, from going ahead with the party’s primary scheduled to hold on May 26, 2022, in Rivers state.

Justice Taiwo Taiwo adjourned after parties in the matter adopted all their addresses in the suit.
