Friends, I would like to mention that the version used in this video is the latest RTM version. Microsoft clearly mentions that the compatible Server Operating System would be Windows Server 2019 which has at present some issues. For More info: click below

I tried to install it on Windows Server 2016 and I was able to install successfully. I recommend you to follow the prereqs of Exchange 2019. Its mentioned on the Microsoft website that it requires Windows Server 2019. I hope till the time Windows Server 2019 is not released, for at least testing purpose Exchange Admins should once give it a space in their test labs.
