Drama ensued at Kabati market Murang’a County after men from the Akorino sect descended on one their own inflicting serious injuries on him following allegations that he had a strayed from their religious doctrine. The altercation that lasted for close to 30 minutes brought business to a standstill with the infuriated sect members accusing Sammy Njoroge of performing secular music in night clubs against the doctrinal teaching of the sect.
