TRANSCRIPT
It’s very quick and easy to block emails from a particular sender in Outlook using an email you have received from them in your inbox.
I’ll going to move my mouse to the email of a person I want to block
If I then right click with my mouse whilst hovering the mouse pointer over that email, you’ll see that a long list of options appears.
We’re interested in only one of these however.
I’m going to move my mouse down the list until I come to the choice called ‘Security options’
You’ll see that when I pause over that link, a number of other options are shown.
I’m going to move my mouse to the option called ‘Block sender’
And I’ll click on that
A box then appears that confirms this email will be deleted
And any further messages will not appear in your inbox.
Click on the large blue OK to confirm that.
And that email sender is now blocked.
