Moldivite is has many fakes out there and many people don't even know that they may have one! A lot of the stuff sold on "auction websites" and things like that are usually fake, not all but many. Especially anything coming from China is fake moldavite. Real moldavite is best purchased from US sellers or straight from the Czech Republic where it is mined. Moldavite can be determined real or fake based on some tell tale signs. Like color, shape, inclusions or gas bubbles, and just a general idea of seeing real moldivites and knowing what they look like to spot the fake ones.
