Professor Neil Richards of Washington University's School of Law participates in panel 2 the 2015 JBTL Symposium, "The Impact of the First Amendment on American Businesses." Panel 2 discussed issues related to the First Amendment and how it applies to advances in technology businesses. The symposium facilitated a discussion on the effects and consequences of First Amendment jurisprudence on businesses, specifically covering the areas of commercial speech, religious exemptions for businesses, and rights of businesses to use technology appropriately.
