The long exhales and slow breathing will gradually make you feel more relaxed.
Here's how to do the 4-4-8 breathing method:
Inhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 4 seconds
Exhale for 8 seconds
Inhale through your nose, and exhale through your mouth like you're blowing out a candle.
Relax your shoulders as you exhale. Maintain the relaxation as you inhale and hold your breath.
