Here's the 1st movement, "Symphony Opus 21," from George Balanchine's witty but austere ballet to four pieces by Anton Webern. Here led by Sara Leland and Anthony Blum (Sara is spelled incorrectly on the title) as it was filmed by the NYC Ballet in Berlin in 1973. Balanchine was most upset by the director's edits and camera angles, but he had no contractual controls.
