This workout incorporates both bodyweight strength and cardio exercises and you have the option to make it plyo or low impact!
WORKOUT STRUCTURE
3 TOTAL CIRCUITS - 2 FULL BODY 1 AB FINISHER
WORK: 40 SECONDS (full body) 30 SECONDS (abs)
REST: 20 SECONDS (full body) 10 SECONDS (abs)
1 MINUTE FOR REST AND WATER BREAK BETWEEN SETS
