On Oct. 9 Rachel Turner, 22, of the Toronto Beach area was struck by a school bus as she crossed a pedestrian crossway on Kingston Rd. and died four days later. She is the thrid person to lose her life s the result of a school bus incident since June of this year. The Turner family are asking governments to enact stricter safety measures so this doesn’t happen again to any family.
