This is a fun intermediate aerial hoop trick - this lyra trick is always a crowd pleaser and will look great in your aerial hoop choreography. It's a nice aerial hoop split, plus I'll show you some aerial hoop transitions into an aerial hoop roll / aerial hoop drop out of it :)
