Berkshire Sterile Manufacturing (BSM) is building a cutting edge sterile filling line that is fully automated, highly flexible, and isolator based. The line will feature new technologies, including a decontamination chamber to sterilize all incoming RTU tubs and real-time, non-destructive, 100% in-process weight checks for syringes and bulk vials.
This line will be capable of filling up to 60,000 units of vials (either RTU or bulk), syringes, and cartridges, depending on container and fill volume size. The line also has lyophilization capability and can fill highly viscous solutions.
