Vegan Pesto is so easy to make and comes together in just 10 minutes!
It always make a batch at the beginning of the week to add to pasta, pizza, sandwiches, salads, grain bowls, and more.
It can be made nut-free with sunflower seeds (which is how it’s made on the blog post!) but I oftentimes just use whatever I have on hand. This time it was cashews!
