STORYLINE:
The deaths of eight members of the royal family were due to an «accidental» shooting, Nepal's acting king said Sunday, contradicting reports that
the crown prince had massacred his relatives in a dispute over his wedding plans.
The shocking attack has left this Himalayan nation with a new king _ who allegedly was the gunman _ clinging to life
and raised questions about where the monarchy goes from here.
In reality, the 29-year-old royal remains in critical condition in a hospital and his uncle, Prince Gyanendra, is acting king.
