This is in the Bolero style, and uses some nylon string/Spanish guitar techniques like picado (alternating rest strokes with the index and middle fingers) and the 4-stroke rasgueo (downward strums with pinky, ring, middle, and index fingers). What a great old song, you may have heard the English version "Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps" by many artists including the band Cake.
