In this video, we present the MoSCoW method - a convenient way to prioritize your tasks. Prioritization played a significant role in the success of most feature-rich applications like Slack, GitHub, Airbnb, and many others. At Railsware, we use MoSCoW for setting priorities.
MoSCoW comes from a combination of four letters: M, S, C, and W. Each letter denotes a priority category that you can assign to a task or product feature:
- M stands for Must-have
- S stands for Should-have
- C stands for Could-have
- W stands for Won’t have this time
