It literally takes minutes to do. If you want I can make a video showing exactly how to do it. But I have had mine off for a few months now, and the gains from it are amazing! It rides so much better through the trails slowly, and has much more front suspension articulation. I do not notice much extra body roll at all, although I would not try to take a turn going 50 mph or anything.
