As the new School Board President, Oliver (Eddie Albert) deals with a group of school kids who are angry that Arnold was expelled. Unintentionally, Oliver gives the children ideas on how they could convince their school principal (Frank Ferguson).

Oliver has become the new School Board President. Unfortunately, Oliver's first day on the job is anything but smooth. Arnold the pig is expelled from his duties as the school's mascot, and Fred Ziffel implores Oliver to defend Arnold.
