On the 9th of April 1940 German launched Operation Weserübung, the Invasions of Denmark and Norway. While most focus on Norway and it's resistance against the Germans people often forget the Danes tried to fight off the Germans too.
The invasion lasted only a few hours, but Danish soldiers continued to fight even after the government capitulated. This video shows the German casualties lost.
