Adam Lallana invited SAINTS - Southampton's official matchday magazine - into his home this week as we quizzed the skipper about his memorable last year-and-a-half.

In our exclusive interview, the 25-year-old reveals the difficulties he experienced while adapting to his new circumstances at the beginning of what he now reflects on what he calls a "fascinating and special" period of his life.

The feature is accompanied by some great images of Adam relaxing at home in the New Forest and having fun with his young son, Arthur, who is now a year old.
