Hello everyone and welcome back to Clearwater County! UPS has been scouring Clearwater County in hopes of finding the perfect site for a new Distribution Center. Though it was initially leaning toward Johnson’s Creek, the company’s strict site placement guidelines make locating in the community impossible. Official from Belmont catch wind and realize that their community is uniquely situated to meet all of UPS’ site requirements. They put together a proposal for UPS to review and are selected as the future home of the new distribution center. This is likely to spur growth and development in the community in the future, once the center opens.

In today’s episode, we’re going to focus on building this hub, using custom workshop assets to put together the perfect center for Belmont. And with a little bit of eminent domain, a couple of bridges, and a whole lot of retaining walls, we’ll come up with the perfect build for the area. Enjoy!
