In June 2020 TRL Ltd held two regional webinars about the ReCAP supported research on the Rural Access Index (RAI). This video contains Part 3 on why RAI is an important indicator of rural development, and how it can be used at national, sub-national and project levels. It describes RAI as a rural infrastructure indicator, and puts it in context of other service indicators. It also discusses targets for RAI.
