Originally from the sunny island of Singapore, Chris now lives and works in the outdoor city, Sheffield, just next to the Peak District in England.

He works as a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield. The hospital is a Major Trauma Centre for the South Yorkshire region.

He has a passion for making POCUS learning simple and loves demonstrating that shades of grey are not all bad. He has organised POCUS courses locally, nationally and has been a faculty member on a number of international courses. Of late, he seems to get quite grumpy when POCUS users don’t look after their machines (see #pocuscrime & #cleanyourprobe) and is an advocate for good governance in the documentation and storing of POCUS scans.
