Wallaby Darned Resurrected:
2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Vodka
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Dekuyper Peachtree Schnapps
.5 oz -or- 15 ml. Simple Syrup
Pour that in the blender
Crack an ice cube into the blender
Add 5 slices of frozen peach
Pour 2 oz. -or- 60 ml. to the bottom of your glass
Top off with blender mix
Lavenderade:
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Simple Syrup
.25 oz. -or- 7 ml. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Gin (Monkey 47)
1 Blackberry
A few pinches of dried lavender
Add ice and shake
Double strain into glass
Lavenderade Fizz:
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Simple Syrup
.25 oz. -or- 7 ml. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Gin (Monkey 47)
1 Blackberry
A few pinches of dried lavender
Add ice and shake
Double strain into a clean shaker
Add an egg white
Dry shake with strainer spring
Strain into glass
Top with Seltzer
Appalachian Sour:
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. -or- 30 ml. Huckleberry Syrup
.5 oz. -or- 15 ml. Angostura Bitters
2 oz. -or- 60 ml. Moonshine (Ol' Smokey)
Toss in a few blackberries
1 Egg white
Dry Shake
Add ice and shake again
Double strain into glass
Garnish with a few blackberries
